After the launch of Find X, which has deemed by many tech experts as the most innovative smartphone of the year, Oppo is making inroads in its mid-segment smartphone range, the F-series, with the launch of the F9. Loaded with a unique design and a glossy 6.3-inch Full HD display, Oppo F9 is comes in two variants in Pakistan; the 4GB version is available at a price of Rs39,999 and the 6GB variant is available at a price of Rs44,999. F9 sports three unique colours-Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple and a dual Nano SIM connectivity that supports 4G, 3G and 2G bands in both the slots.



Powerful battery

The Oppo F9 has revolutionised the battery game in smartphones.  Making use of the VOOC technology it uses low voltage and high current charging solution to yield a talk time of 2 hours on a mere 5 minute charge. Moreover, its 5 layers of protection against high current prevent the phone from overheating while on charge.

Additionally, its smart battery management system acts like a bulwark against battery drainage. Oppo F9 analyses its users app use over time and constantly keeps shutting down inactive apps in the background so as to save power. As if this wasn’t enough, the VOOC car charger allows users to charge their phones on the go.



Design

The Oppo F9 comes with a 6.3 inch FHD waterdrop screen which features a 90.8 % screen with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. In layman’s term this unique design which is backed by 46 patents enable in providing its users with a complete view. It also has the infamous rear-mounted fingerprint sensor which adds on to the phone’s sleek exterior.

Camera

The Oppo F9 also boasts of a 16 MP dual camera which provides a depth of field effects. This is the first instance of a dual camera in the F9 series and results in higher resolution pictures. It also has a 25 MP front camera with an HDR sensor. This guarantees a perfect selfie experience even in low lights. Both cameras are designed to capture pictures that are startling in their composition.

Delivering on its promise to provide superior performance to its users, the Oppo F9 comes equipped with a 4/6 GB RAM+ 64GB ROM and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo).
