SARGODHA: A 13-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted in Sargodha on Thursday.

Police told Express News that the victim’s uncle A* lodged a complaint at Jhal Chakian police station in which he stated that his nephew D*, was playing outside his house when accused Yousuf abducted the boy and took him to a nearby park.

He stated that the culprit allegedly sexually abused the boy and fled the scene.

He maintained when the victim did not return home, his family members went looking for him. He said after searching for the boy for some time, they found him lying in a park, unconscious.

The victim’s uncle alleged that the suspect had abducted his nephew and had then assaulted him. Police have registered a case against the accused and have started investigations.

Earlier, an eight-year-old madrassa student was sexually abused by two influential men in Rahim Yar Khan’s Shedani Sharif area.
