SECP opens facilitation centre in Gwadar

ISLAMABAD: The registration of a business is the primary need of investors and in order to meet this, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has established a fully equipped and state-of-the-art facilitation centre in Gwadar. It is one of the pioneer government departments that provides facilities to local as well as foreign businessmen at their doorsteps in the Gwadar free zone, said a statement issued by the SECP on Tuesday. “The SECP extends utmost facilitation to all investors and it is a matter of pride that the SECP registers a company within four hours of filing of complete documents, which is in line with the government’s initiative to provide ease of doing business in Pakistan,” it said. The SECP has provided online and physical filing facility for the incorporation of companies.
