Army will continue to take care of martyrs' families: Gen Qamar

ISPR says the army chief spends a day with the families at GHQ, Rawalpindi

Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday said the army will continue to take care of the martyrs' families, in a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

According to the military's media wing, General Qamar spent a day with the families at the army's auditorium at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi.

The COAS interacted with all of them one by one as they updated him about their problems, and directed the concerned persons to resolve them.

"Army and nation cannot thank them enough for the sacrifices rendered," General Qamar said while talking to them. The families thanked COAS for considering them as one family.

On Thursday, General Qamar visited a martyred policeman's family on the occasion of Defence Day.
