Hari Krishnan, another Indian expat, had earlier won Dh12 million in January. Krishnan only bought three raffle draw Big Tickets over his 15-year-long stay in the UAE.
John Varughese, another Indian expat from Kerala, shared the Dhs12 million-prize with three others in April.
