Man dies after being drugged by robbers in Multan

In two separate incidents thieves steal a motorcycle and Rs120,000 worth of goods

MULTAN: A man died after being drugged by robbers in Multan on Wednesday. Police told Express News that two brothers, Wadera and Sarwar, were drugged by unidentified robbers in Ram Kaali area. After the two men fell unconscious, the suspects looted their valuables and fled the scene.

Man shot dead for resisting robbery

Rescue teams reached the crime scene and shifted both the victims to Nishtar Hospital.

However, 53-year-old Wadera died of an overdose, while his 50-year-old brother Sarwar was in critical condition. Police have registered a case and have started investigations.

In a separate incident, Muhammad Shaukat’s motorcycle was stolen near a cattle market. In another incident, thieves stole goods worth Rs120,000 from Hussain’s house in Daulat Gate.
