'Mulk' actor has worked with the late actor in numerous films

Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor somehow always manages to stir controversy. His tweets have time and again received huge criticism from film enthusiasts and it seems like the Mulk actor has done some damage yet again.

Sridevi, first female superstar of Bollywood, dies of cardiac arrest

The 65-year-old actor recently tweeted a video clip of one of his films. Not only did he fail to remember the name of the film but was also unable to recognise the late superstar Sridevi. He wrote, "What film is this? And I cannot recognise the actress with me."

To no surprise, Twitterati lost its cool with some stating that it was Sridevi who helped his career flourish and proved to be a bigger star than Rishi.

Nobody would have recognised you if she had not worked with you in Nagina and Chandni.

According to fans, the clip that Rishi shared belonged to a 1996 film called Kaun Sacha Kaun Jhoota that he starred in with Sridevi. The two worked together in numerous films such as Chandni, Nagina and many others.
