OPC to upgrade its compliant portal

The portal to be made more users-friendly

LAHORE: Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Director General Punjab Usman Anwar has said that with a view to facilitate expatriates, official web complaint portal of the OPC was being further upgraded. Presiding over the fortnightly meeting of officers, he said the OPC web portal would be made more users-friendly by adding valuable material in it so that the overseas Pakistanis could get their issues resolved in the shortest possible time.

Matters pertaining to modifications in web portal were discussed in detail during the meeting and dealing officers gave their presentations to further improve the complaint registration mechanism. Anwar issued necessary guidelines to concerned officers to reshape and finalise the recommendations.
