New bench constituted to hear ex-CJP's petition against PTI chief

Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui has been removed from a bench due to hear Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) supremo Imran Khan's disqualification case, Express News reported on Sunday.

Imran’s acquittal in SSP torture case challenged

A new bench including Justice Mian Hassan Aurangzeb has been constituted to hear the case. Justices Siddiqui and Amir Farooq were part of the original bench that had given the PTI chairman till August 1 to file a reply.

Ex-CJP Chaudhry to challenge Imran on Sita White issue

Former chief justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had moved court over Khan's disqualification in line with the provisions of Article 62. Chaudhry, who now heads a political party, said the PTI had "lied about his daughter Tyrian." Therefore, he said, Khan was not sadiq and ameen.
