The operators of the market will not wait for a decision by the inter provincial meeting. It will be histroy by the time any decisive action commences-if it ever does. Who is he trying to fool while fully aware that markets of the sort are constantly changing their location and venues; always outpacing the legtharic administration. Please come up with something meaningful - on a second thought why bother? The members of the inter provincial committee would be least effected. As in most cases, all their children are likely to be studying abroad or they have completed the paperwork to sent their families to the safer environs of some foriegn land.
