Robbery: 2 men rob shopkeeper at gunpoint

MULTAN: Two men allegedly stole cash from a shopkeeper at gun point in Chongi No 14 on Wednesday. According to Dehli Gate police, two unknown armed robbers entered a shop owned by Ahmed and held him at gunpoint. The robbers held the man hostage and stole Rs800,000 from his cash register. The robbers shot the store owner in the leg and fled the scene. Local traders have staged a protest demonstration and blocked the road in this regard. Police officials have filed a case and are searching for the accused.
