GUJRAT: Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) Leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has said Shehbaz Sharif has a habit of holding the administration responsible for his failure.

He expressed these views while addressing an electoral meeting during a joint campaign with Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) on Sunday.

“The Lahore show was destined to flop, Sharif cannot hide his conspiracies by hurling abuses at police and the caretakers,” he added.

Shehbaz has always been in the habit of targeting junior officers when his own wrong doings and short comings have surfaced; he has punished several deputy commissioners, SPs and junior officers, he claimed.

The decision to welcome Nawaz Sharif was against the public’s wishes, but Shehbaz followed through with it in order to show off his loyalty and love. He scripted the entire reception and lied about millions of people flooding the roads, unable to make their way to the airport due to the security arrangements in place by the caretaker government, he maintained.

Shehbaz should refrain from becoming the Election Commission of Pakistan, the administration and police are not his subordinates, he expressed.

PTI candidate for PP-31 Cahudhry Saleem Sarwar Jaura, Mian Imran Masood and other leaders also addressed the gathering.
