Adil Omar is a rapper-producer from Islamabad, Pakistan. We Need to Talk About Adil is the main single and video from his latest self-produced debut album Transcendence, which chronicles his life journey.

Directed by Adil himself, Transcendence released as a visual album. It features the gruff and lyrical rap style, paired with transparent, vulnerable and honest subject matter. His album promises to give listeners a unique experience comprising of depth and freshness - something that was missing from the mainstream hip-hop industry since the last 20 years, stated a press release.
Being one of the pioneering artists in Pakistan, Adil is also one of the few artists to break out internationally with collaborations and performances with acts such as Diplo, Major Lazer, B-Real, Cypress Hill, Skrillex and others. The recent past has seen him as a solo artist as well as his pop production duo SNKM with multiple performances at various Mad Decent Block Parties.

Transcendence also includes collaborations with Elliphant and Rancid frontman Tim Armstrong. It also comprises of reworks of classic underground Pakistani film soundtracks with the original creators playing live on the album.
