One of the three giraffes, who were brought to the Lahore Zoo a few days ago, died on Friday.

The giraffes, which cost a total of Rs19.9 million, were kept in quarantine.

Under the contract, the payment will only be made if the animals remain in proper health.

Lahore Zoo’s only giraffe died in 2015 and the enclosure has remained empty ever since.

For the love of Allah, please stop zoos in Pakistan. The animals are only ill-treated and die because of poor care. Have mercy on them!Recommend
