Heat Struck: 3 ‘pass out’ during passing out parade

VEHARI: During the passing out parade of police officials in the district jail, three constables collapsed due to the heat. Over 40 police officials were scheduled to graduate after they had completed their training. Prisons minister Iqbal Chunad was over an hour late for the function and while waiting for him in the sun, three officials collapsed. Police officials Muhammad Nawaz, Ismail and Kamran suffered heat stroke.
