5am:
I’m up for my morning prayers.
6am:
I try and read some Quran, otherwise I go back to bed.
7am:
Sleeping!
8am:
Snooze war with my alarm clock.
9am:
Finally wake up and start the day with fresh juice and toast.
10am:
I love yoga so I spend this hour to relax and rejuvenate.
11am:
Shower and get dressed for work.
12pm:
I head to the office, get to work and go through the previous day’s records and new day’s agendas.
1pm:
Call clients to confirm appointments for the day or any scheduled outdoor meetings.
2pm:
Meet with some walk-in clients from time to time and respond to calls.
3pm:
A brief lunch with my co-workers.
4pm:
Multitasking between more clients and meetings.
5pm:
Deepak time...The boss has arrived and it’s all about him, haha! The next hour or two are devoted either to strategising or client meetings.
6pm:
Still in internal meetings or with clients. I find the time for my evening prayers too. Praying is essential to my soul, it keeps me going.
7pm:
The day finally starts fizzling out and it’s time to go home.
8pm:
Go home, a quick change into my workout gear and I head straight to the park to walk in the fresh air. My favourite is Zamzama park.
9pm:
I come home and chill with my parents for a bit, have a quick healthy dinner and offer my prayers.
10pm:
Plans have already been made so I head out to meet friends to catch up. I need it for my sanity. It could be a movie or coffee depending on the mood.
11pm:
Still chilling with friends, chitchatting and indulging in yummy food (just a bite :p) !
12pm:
By this time I’m exhausted and I just want my bed. I come home, change, spend some time on social media while pondering over my day until I pass out.
1am:
Lights out!
