Outlaws deprive citizens of valuables in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD: At least 31 robbery incidents were reported across the city in which citizens were deprived of their cash and valuables at gunpoint by outlaws.

Police said that robbers barged into Munir Ahmed's home in Yousuf Town area within Sadar police station and locked the family in a room. They accused looted cash, gold jewellery, mobile phone and fled with the booty.

In other incidents, Abdul Majid was deprived of his valuables outside Regency Plaza on Canal Road. Robbers also snatched cash from Hanif, while a mobile phone was stolen from Tanveer Ahmed at Nalka Kohala stop.

Similarly, a motorcycle was snatched from Rashid near Novelty Pul while a car was snatched at gunpoint from Asif in Satellite Town.  The police said that Abdul Raheem was robbed of valuables at Jamilabad Chowk, while Asif was deprived of cash and cellphone in front of Allied Hospital.

Meanwhile, Nazeer Ahmed, Zulfikar Ali, Arif Masih, Saqib Sultan, Sunny, Shah Jahan, Husnain and others were also deprived of their valuables by armed outlaws in different city areas. The police have registered cases and started investigation.
