“There are different rules in various countries, but here in Pakistan, it is quite difficult to read and understand all rules,” said the BHC chief justice while addressing a degrees-distribution ceremony of the two-day training course of sessions judges at the Judicial Academy.

On the training course, Chief Justice Meskanzai said, “Efforts have been made to create awareness about all the rules so that the judiciary can effectively and professionally utilise them whilst practicing law.”
Meskanzai said, “It is the foremost duty of judiciary to ensure timely provision of justice according to the laws.”
He urged the judges to ensure their services voluntarily for the establishment of model courts, adding that judges could approach him directly for their legitimate concerns.
The chief justice also handed out degrees to the sessions judges, who successfully completed their training course.
