Police arrest man after teenage boy sexually assaulted in Dera Allahyar

Conducting raids to nab the other two suspects involved in the heinous crime

QUETTA: The police arrested a man on Saturday after a teenage boy was sexually assaulted in Shaheed Murad Colony of Dera Allahyar, Balochistan on Saturday.
The 12-year-old boy A* was filling water cans in the area when three men, who were waiting there, grabbed the boy, sexually abused him and managed to flee, a police officer said.

Following a tip-off, the local police reached the site and shifted the boy to a nearby hospital where a medical examination confirmed that the boy had been sexually assaulted.
On the pointation of local people, a police team conducted raids in Dera Allahyar and arrested Hakim Behrani, one of the three suspects.

Police lodged an FIR against the arrested suspect while search for the other two suspects is under way.
