Complainant Javaidur Rehman said that he and his family had had to travel from Lahore to Kundian standing in the train despite having paid for reserved seats and berths.
He said he had reserved two seats in Bogie No 4 of 147-up Mari Indus Express for April 8 paying the fare.
He said when he with his wife and a son went to the railway station on the said day they found out that the boggie had not been attached to the train. He said the three of them had to travel in another bogie which was already full to capacity.
