The Indian blind cricket team is set to tour Pakistan in November for a series of three One-Day Internationals (ODI) and as many Twenty20s.
Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) General Manager Maher Mohammad Yousaf confirmed that a delegate – consisting of himself, Syed Sultan Shah (chairman), Kahlil Ahmed (director international affairs) – met Cricket Association of the Blind India President S P Nagesh and General Secretary Nahantesh.
Delegations of both the countries agreed that this initiative has been taken to strengthen ties between the nations. “India and Pakistan are cricket-crazy countries and the visually challenged are no exceptions,” said the Indo-Pak delegation.
