Hit and run: Bus set on fire

A passenger bus was set on fire by angry protesters after a minor child hit by the bus on Sargodha Road was killed.

FAISALABAD: A passenger bus was set on fire by angry protesters on Thursday after a minor child hit by the bus on Sargodha Road was killed.

Six-year-old Abdullah was walking by the roadside near Philahiwala village when the bus hit him. The boy died on the spot. The driver of the bus managed to escape from the scene, leaving the bus over there. Fire fighters had to be called to put out the fire. Police said they had registered a case against the driver.
