40 people fall unconscious after consuming toxic sweets in Bolan

QUETTA: At least 40 people fell unconscious after eating toxic sweets in Haji City area of Bolan district, Levies sources said on Monday.

Levies force, on information, reached the site and shifted the victims to a nearby hospital for medical aid where the victims were referred to Sibi hospital for further treatment in view of their critical condition.



Levies force also arrested the sweet shop's owner Muhammad Kamran. Further investigation is underway.
