Pakistan Super League (PSL) has arrived in its country of origin and the first match of the third edition in Lahore is set to take place between defending champions Peshawar Zalmi and two-time finalists Quetta Gladiators.
The teams have arrived in the city and are done with training, but rain might be a party spoiler on Tuesday when the two teams face each other at 7pm PST at the Gaddafi Stadium.
The weather forecast in Lahore shows light showers in the evening, specifically before and during the match’s timings.
According to accuweather.com, the highest probability of showers is between 4pm and 6pm, just before the first eliminator kicks off.
In case of a washed out match, Peshawar Zalmi will be announced victors and will face Karachi Kings on Wednesday for a spot in the final.
Inaugural winners Islamabad United have already qualified for the final which will take place at the National Stadium of Karachi on March 25.
