
The committee will visit the concerned schools to review the situation and get a clearer view picture of the problems that need to be addressed.
The committee will highlight matters relating to incompetence, violation of rules and the lack of interest in duties presented by staff members and will present its report to the DCO for further action.
He said that the top priority of the committee should be the reformation of teachers and in case of no improvement, disciplinary action would be initiated against those violating the rules and regulations.
The DCO said that public sector schools of the district have no deficiency of teachers and more than 600 teachers have been recruited since March this year.
He said that more than 1,800 schools in the district would have to be made functional.
