ISLAMABAD: The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has asked the Group of Twenty (G20) to deliver on the promises made at previous summits.

The group has also been asked to go further in its efforts towards financial sector reform, robust accounting standards and strong and sustainable growth. A press release issued here on Wednesday said that as the G20 prepares to meet in Toronto next month, the ACCA has put forward its recommendations for the global policy-makers, in a report issued in line with the upcoming meeting.

The G20 meeting in Toronto would provide incentives and opportunities to build a sustainable economy, the press release said.
