Irregularities: Students wait for books for 4 months

Free text books promised by the authorities have not been received.

MATLI: Model class students have still not received the free textbooks as promised by the authorities. Course books are not available in the market either.

‘Model classes’ started in five talkulas: Badin, Matli, Talhar, Golarchi and Tando Bago on the directives of the then Sindh CM Ghulam Arbab Rahim.

From the sixth to the ninth class, the entire course was to be taught in English. Despite the start of academic year 2011-12, the 2,500 students are still awaiting textbooks.
