Debate and poster contests and walks will be organised all over the province up to May 9, and senior education minister, Pir Mazharul Haq, will be the chief guest at the concluding ceremony.
A programme was organised at the Jinnah University for Women as well. Chancellor Prof. Noorus Sabah Chughtai, Vice Chancellor Dr Naeem Farooqui and Mrs Aftab Inayat spoke about the significance of women’s education regarding the progress and betterment of society.
The chairman of the Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education, Prof. Anwar Ahmedzai, shed light on the state of girls’ education in Sindh.
