Four people die, five other injured in Jamoshoro

The deceased and injured belong to Noshehro Abro village in Garhi Yaseem taluka of Shikarpur district

HYDERABAD: An accident on the M9 Motorway in Jamshoro killed on Monday four persons, including a child and two women and injured five others.

The accident took place near Lunikot as a van carrying passengers from Shikarpur to Karachi collided with a dumper truck.

The deceased include a young man, Aakash Shah, his mother 40-year-old mother, Fauzia Asad Shah, Najma Shah, 40, and six-year-old Arabia Shah, daughter of Munsif Shah.

Munsif, his wife Rizwana Shah, and daughters Mehak Ali Shah and Huma Shah, Usman Ali Shah and van driver Naeemuddin were injured.

The deceased and injured, who were shifted to Liaquat University Hospital, belong to Noshehro Abro village in Garhi Yaseem taluka of Shikarpur district. The incident's FIR has yet to be registered.
