Kidnapping: Case filed against 35 men

FAISALABAD: Police have registered a case against 35 people including a police Sub Inspector Jaffar Ali and 5 cops for breaking and entering and kidnapping. The police officials were accused of injuring the women of the house after they kidnapped a young man, Manzoor Ahmed, for questioning in a case. The incident took place three months ago in Islamia Park. Complainant, Farqan, told the police that the accused had forcibly entered his house and abducted Manzoor Ahmed, after beating up and assaulting the women of the house. Farqan told police that several police officials were part of the raiding party and over a dozen people broke in to their house. Police officials have registered a case, but no arrest has been made so far.
