'Glee' actor Naya Rivera arrested for assaulting husband

Glee actor Naya Rivera has been charged and arrested for beating up her husband, Ryan Dorsey. The couple, who have a two-year-old son together, announced their split last year after two years of marriage, reported Yahoo!

On Saturday night, the Kanawha County Sheriff received a complaint of domestic violence from West Virginia. Once the officer reached the location, Dorsey explained that Rivera had hit him in the head and face.

The officer noticed the injuries that coincided with Dorsey's explanation while Dorsey also showed the video he recorded while the incident took place.

Rivera was arrested and taken to the magistrate court where she was arraigned and a bond was set. She was released on bond.

ABC News has tried to contact Rivera but haven't heard back yet.

Rivera was earlier engaged to rapper Big Sean, but called it off after three months and married Dorsey in 2014. It was the first marriage for both.
