Livestock Deputy Director Tanveer said that cotton seed cakes were needed in animal feed but the oil mill owner was involved in making fake and expired feed.
It was being prepared with waste material, expired stuff and some grains already declared dangerous for animal health. The owner was illegally using brand name of another feed mill located in the province. He said that samples were sent to a laboratory for further investigations.
