Accordingly, issuance of the certificate of origin by TDAP for GSP schemes of the EU, Switzerland and Norway will cease after December 31, 2017 and only REX-registered exporters will subsequently be able to issue Statements On Origin themselves in respect of their shipments to these countries. TDAP told the exporters to get registered with the REX system by completing requisite formalities as soon as possible.
