ISLAMABAD: The civil administration of the capital has asked the management of the Centaurus Mall to explain why it was charging entry fee from people.

“It has come to the notice of the undersigned that you are charging Rs300 as entry fee from the general public. This tantamount to breach of fundamental rights of the citizens,” read the notice issued by Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of the Islamabad Capital Territory.

“You are directed to explain along with the authority of law under which the said fee is being collected within a period of three days, failing which action will be taken against you,” the notice issued the mall stated.
