"The public voted these cruel people to power [in 2013] and now the public will have to oust them with their votes," Kamal said while talking to the media in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
He said the Sindh government had failed to provide education, health, employment and justice to the people of the province. He said the number of children dying from malnutrition and contaminated drinking water was higher in Sindh than all other provinces.

“Humans are being made to drink water which is not even fit for animals. We will have to rise against this cruelty," he added.
The PSP chief claimed that Sindhi and Urdu speaking people were joining the PSP – a breakaway faction of the MQM – and expressed determination that his party would win majority of seats in the next elections in Sindh and would also elect its chief minister.
"We are ready to contest the elections even on an eight-hour notice," he claimed.
Kamal ruled out forming a pre-election alliance with any party but said a post-election one was not out of consideration. “If elected, the PSP's provincial government will devolve authority to the lowest level to empower the common people,” he said.
The PSP leader criticised the mayors of Karachi and Hyderabad, who belong to the MQM-P, and asked them to resign if they really felt they were powerless.
"These mayors weep over lack of authority as an impediment to their performance. If this is true then they should resign and tell the people who is not giving them their authority."
Accompanied by Anees Qaimkhani and other party leaders, Kamal visited Hussainabad, Qasimabad, Latifabad and Koh-e-Noor Chowk to raise the Pakistan flag.
