5am
Sleeping!
7am
After a lot of snoozing, I finally wake up and indulge in my favourite meal of the day - breakfast! It’s generally eggs with a side of greens and some fruit- or overnight oats.
8am
I get dressed and head out to university, with healthy snacks, so I don’t binge when I’m hungry in between classes.
11:30am
At the head office! Programming my workouts, arranging deliveries for my athletic wear company; ‘livingfitapparel’, and sorting out finances, shipping and designing.
12pm
Daily cup of tea with my dad at his office.
1pm
Home for lunch! I love this meal because I make sure I indulge in healthy carbs which really boost my energy for the day ahead.
2pm
I take a hot shower and wind down. Catch up with my assessments or any other pending work I have. Once I am done then the rest of the hour is purely “me-time.”
3pm
Since family is so important to me, I take this hour to catch up with my sisters. We vent, talk and share ideas. Two of them are mothers and one is a make-up artist. They are my go to people for life and career advice.
4pm
My sister and I hit our private gym and WOD out to some pure crossfit!
5pm
I head to Structure Fitness Studio to prepare for my bootcamp.
6pm
I conduct my class at Structure.
7pm
Once class is over; I encourage my clients to stay back if they need to, to discuss any personal fitness goals or struggles and how to make them better. My clients are my second family.
8pm
This time is either spent catching up with friends or my run; depending on the kind of day I’ve had.
9pm
On my way back home, I like to grab something to freshen up. It’s either an ‘all time high’ smoothie from Green-O or a refreshing popsicle snack from Lush Crush!
9:15pm
Dinner time, which generally comprises pure lean protein.
9:30pm
After taking a shower, I follow my night time skincare routine and get in bed.
10pm
Brainstorming ideas for new content for my Instagram blog before calling it a night.
