Cautious | 13 years ago | Reply I watched this individuals performance on TV during a question/answer session by USA financial reporters - he performed admirably and answered the difficult and sometimes complex questions with candor/honesty. It is very clear based on his answers that Pakistan is making progress but some might view it akin to "baby steps" by other country standards but basic progress in things like taxation etc.
