KARACHI: The ruling PML-N has decided to initiate talks with opposition parties regarding possible amendments to articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution. The PM will soon convene a meeting of the parliamentary leadership so that a committee can table an agreeable constitutional amendment, sources told Express.
