Nothing raises the quality of apparel more than having them altered to suit your shape. Make friends with a good tailor so that your article looks like it’s made for you!
Revamp your wardrobe
You should be able to see every item at all times. Consider donating anything you haven’t worn in the past year – you are probably never going to wear it!

Get a shoe height
In order to achieve the perfect length for your pants, make sure they are the right length for your shoes. Your bottoms will elongate your legs when you leave some space between your hem and your shoe.

Try layering multiple necklaces anytime you’re stuck with a basic outfit. You’ll be surprised by how it’ll elevate your look! Coco Chanel’s more-is-more approach still makes a statement today.
Own a styling emergency kit
• Double-stick tape for loose hems or a gaping bodice.
• Safety pins for allover damage control.
• Make-up sponge for removing deodorant stains.
Be experimental
Always take one “it’s cute but not me” article into the fitting room. You never know!
