Arrangements completed for textile fair

A total of 600 booths will be available in the international event with 65,000 buyers

SIALKOT: Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PRGMEA) Central Chairman Ijaz A Khokhar said on Wednesday that arrangements for holding the 18th Textile Asia International trade fair have been completed.



The three-day exhibition will be held at the Expo Centre Lahore from September 16, he said while talking to APP. Khokhar said more than 500 international brands and over 700 foreign delegates will attend the event which will display products of over 300 local and foreign companies.



A total of 600 booths will be available in the international event, he said, adding that over 65,000 buyers are expected to visit the fair. Khokhar said the purpose behind holding the event is to provide an opportunity to foreign businessmen to develop business-to-business links with Pakistani counterparts.
