Chamber vows to promote ‘Made in Pakistan’ products in UK

KPCCI is also planning to organise an exhibition of Pakistani products in the UK after Ramazan

ISLAMABAD: UK Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UKPCCI) assured on Wednesday the promotion of “Made in Pakistan” products in UK’s market as many Pakistani products have potential to meet the needs of British consumers.

A delegation headed by UKPCCI Company Secretary Jehanzaib Anis visited Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) and said that a delegation of their chamber will visit Pakistan in November this year to attend the Karachi expo.

He said some members of the delegation will also visit Islamabad and Lahore to explore possibilities of further improving bilateral trade between Pakistan and the UK.

Anis said the UKPCCI is also planning to organise an exhibition of Pakistani products in the UK after Ramazan in 2018, urging ICCI members to take an active part in the event and showcase their products.
