RPO Sargodha promotes 43 sub-inspectors

Meeting was also attended by some district police officers

SARGODHA: Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sargodha region, Zulfiqar Hameed has promoted 43 sub-inspectors to the rank of inspector on the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC).

In a meeting of DPC held on Tuesday, police spokesperson said RPO Zulfiqar Hameed has issued orders for the promotion of 43 sub-inspectors to the post of inspector of all the four districts including Mianwali, Bhakhar, Khushab and Sargodha.



Some of the promoted officers include: Tariq Mehmood Randhava, Shahdat Ali, Muhammad Shahbaz, Zafar Iqbal, Nazar Hayat, Zia Ullah, Aftab Ahmad, Muhammad Zaman, Imdad Hussain and others.

The meeting was also attended by district police officers including Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry, (Sargodha), Khalid Masood (Bhakhar), Waqas Hassan (Khushab) and Sadiq Ali Dogar of Mianwali district. Police spokesperson said the new promotions have been made on the basis of merit and performance.
