CDA to crackdown on ‘bad’ food

Efforts to defeat criminal elements selling bad food

The sale of unhygienic and adulterated food will not be tolerated but both the government and the public have to work together to eradicate this problem.

This was stated by the Islamabad Mayor and Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Sheikh Anser Aziz while chairing a meeting of the Directorate of Health Services on Wednesday.

Islamabad to get food authority soon

He said that a comprehensive and sustained campaign is required to defeat anti-social criminal elements involved in the sale of bad food.
