Spread of dengue virus in neighbouring K-P has threatened Azad Kashmir

MUZAFFARABAD: Spread of dengue virus in neighboring K-P has threatened Azad Kashmir sending an alert message for government department which is preparing an awareness drive  in the region. The Deputy Commissioner Muzaffarabad announced observing August 29 as Dengue Day in the capital city to create awareness among the masses about precautionary measures against the epidemic. The DC  presided over a meeting of official health and related departments to finalise a strategy to cater to the possible breakout of the disease and directed all concerned departments to launch early drive to eliminate mosquito larvae.
