He said there is no shortage of teachers in the city and in some cases, there is over-staffing in schools.

College education secretaries, colleges and schools directors, MNA Shahjan Bolach, Shahida Rehmani, MPA Sania Bolach and other public representatives and education officers also attended the meeting. He directed relevant officers to provide the missing facilities in schools in Lyari and sort out all the issues before Eidul Azha.
"Lethargic attitude will not be tolerated in this regard and no one will be allowed to use schools as marriage halls," said Dahar. He was of the opinion that the educated youth of Lyari must be given priorities in government jobs as it was their turn to serve their people.
Sindh gives top priority to education once again
During the meeting, District South public representatives informed the minister about their grievances and he assured them that their issues would be resolved soon.
Earlier, during a meeting with a delegation of Bahria Foundation at his office, Dahar asked them to give poverty-based scholarships to the underprivileged students so they might come forward and get better opportunities for education. He also asked the delegation to open their branches in Sindh's remote areas to benefit the poor of those areas. He assured them that he would not compromise on the quality education and would help everyone who was interested in promoting education in Sindh.
