ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory administration on Saturday gave the nod to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to organise a public gathering at Islamabad’s parade ground on Sunday.

Additional district magistrate Abdul Sattar Isani issued a no-objection certificate (NOC) to PTI’s Islamabad Region President Raja Khurram Nawaz.

The party had applied for the NOC on Friday after the party chairman Imran Khan made the announcement to hold a rally to celebrate PM Nawaz's disqualification in Panama case verdict.

According to the details, the rally will start at 4pm and end at 10pm.

A separate enclosure will be set up for women while the internal security of the rally would be the organisers’ responsibility, it read.
