An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) issued notices on Thursday to the prosecution and investigation officers to file their comments on bail applications moved by two jail officials booked in the banned outfit militants' jailbreak case.
The ATC-VIII sought the prosecution's comments by July 28 on the bail pleas of suspended Central Jail, Karachi Assistant Superintendent (ASP) Ayaz Salik and deputy superintendent (DSP) Rafiq Channa, who, among others prison staffers, have been booked for their alleged involvement or negligence in the jailbreak incident.
