
The Sindh University (SU) has expelled four students and banned them from campus for five years because they got into a fight on Wednesday.
The SU said on Thursday that two groups of students clashed outside the boys’ hostels. The administration immediately suspended Zoheb, Munir, Amanullah and Tariq. Classes were also cancelled on Thursday though administrative offices remained open.
While exams continued as scheduled on Thursday, the SU Examinations Controller announced that all external candidates of the Masters of Arts final annual viva examinations 2010 scheduled to be held on Wednesday have been postponed to 2 pm, April 12.
