TRAVEL ESSENTIALS
“I always keep an astringent with me whenever I am travelling. Baby gel oil and chapstick are the things that I simply cannot imagine life without, so everywhere I go they go with me too.”
FRAGRANCE
“Who doesn’t like to smell good right? I wear Mademoiselle by Chanel, White Linen by Estée Lauder and for night occasions I love Elie Saab.”
Hair
“I take Biotin capsules, zinc and magnesium for my hair. I also use castor oil mixed with coconut and mustard oil to boost and nourish hair growth. Though, investing in good quality hair extension can give you different hair styles”.
Skincare
Nadia believes cleansing is the key to good skincare. “I go for regular facials. A little skin pampering along with laser hair removal treatments is what makes my skin look flawless. I prefer products which are oil free as I have acne-prone shin. Clean and clear medicated astringent is something that I love and believe can do wonders for the skin. I also use vitamin C serum and rosehip oil by Repavar. A few spritzes of rose water mixed with glycerin is something that helps keep my skin soft and glowing.”
Make-Up
“I never leave home without a highlighter; I love how a good highlighter makes my skin glow. Also I opt for a pink toned blush because it gives off a fresh and youthful look. To camouflage dark circles it is important to use a good formula to conceal underneath the eyes, I believe concealing and correcting sets up a clear canvas for you to put makeup on. Mascara and eyelashes play a big role in my make-up so your eyes pop and look more awake and bright. I love crayon eye shadows from Sephora.”
Tips & Tricks
“If you suffer from acne or breakouts, deep cleansing would be great for your skin. What I would recommend are oil-free moisturisers for the skin so that you don’t break out during the summer. Sun block and large hats protect against sun damage so they are definitely not to be neglected. Fruits and juices assist in detoxifying the body, giving way to healthy and clear skin so make sure to have lots and lots of them.”
