New medical school coming up

LAHORE: The foundation stone for the new campus in Kala Shah Kaku of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) was laid on Saturday.

While speaking at a ceremony, CPSP President Dr Zafarullah Chaudhry said the new state-of-the art campus would provide medical education of international standards to the students.

The facility comprises a convention centre, modern hospital, examination halls, accommodation for doctors, a nursing college, advanced laboratory and an international medical training centre for trainee doctors.
